Growing up in Paris, France, Raphaël discovered his passion for hairstyling at an early age. After traveling across Europe and Australasia, he brought his craft and vision to New Zealand, where he fell in love with a charming Kiwi woman and the vibrant Auckland community.

Three years after arriving, with 19 years of experience in barbering and hairstyling, Raphaël took over a well-established barbershop, a location with a reputation for excellence spanning over 20 years.

Since 2019, Paris Barber has carried on that legacy, blending timeless barbering traditions with contemporary styles. It’s a space where precision, care, and personal style meet, where every client leaves feeling confident, refreshed, and ready for their next chapter.
